1. Shipping Policy

We currently deliver our plants and gardening products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take a few days longer.

We use eco-friendly and protective packaging to ensure your plants arrive fresh and safe. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details. You can track your package anytime using the provided link.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

As we sell live plants, returns are generally not accepted. However, we understand that transit damage can sometimes occur β€” and we’re here to help.

🌱 Damaged or Defective Items

If your plant or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at greensify1@gmail.com and share clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging box (outer and inner view)
  • The shipping label visible on the package

Our team will review your case and offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Live plants (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Used or opened gardening products
  • Customized or personalized plant gifts

  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

  • Once dispatched, cancellation or refund is not possible.
