Greensify is an online store that sells live plants, seeds, and plant accessories across India. All products and services offered through this website are subject to the following terms and any updates made from time to time.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or harmful activity.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, as plants are living products, minor variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. Images shown are for reference purposes only.

All plants are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and issue a refund or suggest an alternative.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept secure payments through trusted gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, or other authorized partners).
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver live plants and related products across India through reliable courier partners. Delivery time usually ranges between 3–10 business days depending on your location.

We take great care in packaging plants for safe delivery. However, since live plants are perishable, minor wear or leaf loss during transit may occur.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

As plants are live products, we currently do not offer returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at greensify1@gmail.com with clear photos. We will evaluate your request and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

8. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logo, and design — is the property of Greensify and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Greensify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. While we strive for the best quality, the use and care of plants are the customer’s responsibility after delivery.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.
